Wood Chips Dryer Machine
Rotary drum wood sawdust dryer machine, also called wood shavings or wood chips drying machine. The main function of the dryer machine is drying the wet or high humidity wood sawdust or wood shavings into the certain moisture. After drying, the final dried wood chips can be mixed with the glue well, then can be used to make the wood blocks by high compression. So it is one important machinery for our wood block production line, which is used for making wood pallet.
The wet wood powder material will be is continuously fed into the drying pipe by a screw conveyor. All the wet wood material will be dehydrated and evaporated by the high rotating and hot air flow. The dryer is mainly composed of air heater, feeder, air drying pipe, cyclone separator, fan and so on. It is widely widely used in the production of straw briquette fuel, charcoal, wood pellet fuel, sawdust briquette, agricultural and animal husbandry engineering and other industries.
