We talked our wood pallet nailing machine for making American standard wood pallet in large article.
Actually our nailer machine can be designed to produce both two types machine, that means you can have one machine for making not only American standard pallets but also the European pallets. Today we write just for how the machine work of the European wood pallets making line.
Usually we say the EPAL. You will see many different standard Euro Pallets（epal-pallets.org), it is always with wooden block as the base not diffrent from the American standard pallets only with stringers.So if we want to produce such wooden pallets, more wood pallet euipment will be used. The first line is the wood sawdust block production line (will be introduced in future.) or you can choose the solid wood blocks. The EPAL will be made soon once we have the blocks. The first step is nailing blocks into the wood board or wood panel, we call it wood pallet block nailing machine. The nailer can be designed nailing 3 blocks, 4 blocks, 5 blocks etc. as your pallet type.Next, you can put the nailed wood board on the wood pallet nailing machine, the it can be nailing automatically, and takes around 1-2mins you will get your EPAL pallets and stacked well with the automatic wood pallet stacker. While there are some other wood pallet equipment with different function for your optional, the rotating machine ( rotate the pallet if need for branding or cutting pallet corner), the corner cutting machine ( it can cut the rest edge of the wood pallet ) , the hot stamping machine (you can print your own logo or brand on the wood pallets), the turning machine（some of the pallets need such equipment for can be stacker earsier).
